barefoot babies

New research found that children who spend a lot of time barefoot develop motor skills differently and ultimately have better balancing skills and jumping techniques. One scientist commented that walking barefoot is a more natural process than walking with shoes on. The study concluded that children should go barefoot more often, especially when experiencing physical play. If your child does go barefoot around the house or in the yard, just make sure there is nothing on the floor or ground you do not want your child stepping on. medical xpress
